I'm thoroughly impressed now. This is the second late night order I've placed with this Wendy's, and they have both been excellent. Fries are fresh and arrived hot, the burger was fresh and hot, and I couldn't really ask for more. It's refreshing to get service like this, especially when you're beyond exhausted. Thanks Wendy's!

Every order of fries was cold, old and not filled properly. It's sad that you can't get good food via delivery because of the lack of service by employees.

the chicken on my salad was rock hard. it looked and felt like it had been sitting there for well over an hour. I had to pick it out to make my salad edible. the fries were cold and old as well. and the chicken nuggets I had some that were soggy and other that were overdone and dry. Parmesan Caesar Salad10 PC. Nuggets Combo. also for some weird reason my soda had no ice.

The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant which used to have an actual slice of chicken has been changed to a nugget-like processed chicken patty that tastes absolutely awful and is still the same price despite being a downgrade in quality.
