Didn't get any of the sauces we ordered. never received one of our nuggets, and on the other nuggets we ordered spicy and got regular. ordered 3 sprite, got a green purple and orange pop. asked for forks and napkins and got neither. fries were half full.

Had a problem with our order. The potatoes were delicious they actually added a good amount of cheese this time however we ordered three slices of bacon for each potato and received ZERO bacon. I was charged $5 for bacon... and doordash refused to help me when I was filing for missing toppings. So I had to take the time to file for missed toppings and get refunded but refused to compensate. So I had to contact chat and spend about 20 minutes on chat with somebody that just ended up ending /closing chat on me and wouldn't even let me finish talking! He just said "they would review my complaint goodbye. " I'm getting a little fed up with doordash as being a paying member... have not been able to be compensated for items I pay for that don't show up. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my five bucks back doordash! Yes this happens a lot, but I also order a lot. I expect to get what I pay for and I expect doordash to take care of their customers without having to go through hoops. I'm seriously considering cancelling my monthly membership!
