got a cold sandwich, paid for nuggets on their own and was supposed to get nuggets with my combo, got neither.
sauces were crushed too, no damage to the bag. just really disappointed in what's normally my favorite burger place.

they were out of the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart so I never got them and have yet to receive my refund. photo 2 shows what's in the bag as soon as I opened it. Plain Baked PotatoJr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag were great. no complaints so far minus I ordered a medium in the meal and got a small frosty instead of the medium.

I've ordered from here before and got food worth 5 stars, but this time the chicken was extremely dry, barely any crunch, and the cheese and cheese sauce were so cold I had to melt the cheese myself

The bacon from my jr Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was missing on both of the ones I ordered, they charge you more for the Jr. bacon Cheeseburger and then left off one of the key ingredients! I was not happy. Rip off. Baconator was also missing the bacon!
