Parm salad was horrible. Lettuce was old, chicken was old, cold and hard and for once they remembered to add bacon, but it was ONE piece that was also burnt and crumbled up into tiny bits. Bleah. May be my last time ordering from here.

The Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger was nothing like what was in the picture. Had one piece of bacon and no crispy onions. Hardly any sauce also. Still hungry after it and usually it is more filling. Very disappointed that I paid over 8 bucks.
The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger had hardly any bacon as well and was fry as a bone according to husband as there was only a dot of mayo on it.

there's hardly a good day to order from here. there's always an issue with my orders, this time my Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ Bag sandwich was missing the chicken patty. the Kids' 4PC Nuggets was missing the fries, no ice in the cup. the large order of fries wasn't even half way full.

The Crispy Chicken BLT was missing the bacon and had a tiny pieceof wilted lettuce. If I did not want bacon I would have ordered a regular chicken sandwich and saved some money. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was ordered no lettuce or tomato but was also missing the bacon! Again if we wanted it with no bacon we would have ordered a regular cheeseburger and saved some money!
