The chili compared to where I moved from was thick. Really good! This was good just more juice. It's all the preference I think.

Staff rude. There was no specification on where to pick up. I prefer drive-thru because I have a toddler and won't have the hands to carry food and a toddler, so that's where I went. when I got to the window, the guy said I had to go in to pick up the order because I selected inside pick up. which is okay, fine. I get it. Maybe they were busy, and walking around the counter would be a hassle. No, all of the staff members were standing around not doing anything. someone could've easily brought the food over to the window. but instead, I had to go in, and the bag ripped as i walked out to my car, and I almost lost all the food I ordered.

Nuggets were not spicy and drink was not what I ordered and I did not receive my chocolate cookie. This is kit in the driver. The order was delivered and correct as far as delivery on their part! Overever the food was incorrect!

I'm not sure if the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich Combo was supposed to look red. I assume that by the photos of the menu. It is spicy but not ghost pepper spicy. Everything else came out as expected.
