the food always arrives cold, even if you live a block away. and they never secure the packaging to prevent any of the food being tampered with. the drinks are filled with ice all the way to the top, so you basically get a small even though you ordered a large.

got the #13 and the gravy was not even half, fhe fries were cold and soggy, also not salted. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet. overall terrible

Wish food was better sealed. my bag was opened wide enough for a hand to fit thru right above my fries so i'm sure my dasher helped himself. everything else was closed but this.
food was same as if u order in store, warm and fresh.
