Everything was terrible. Fries were cold and stale. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted that's how lukewarm the patty was. The sprite clearly needed to be changed prior to serving. This was my first time having #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® I will not be back

Usually when I get food from here, everything is great but my drink was flat and wasn't fully filled and my fries were a bit stale. My burger was great tho. Im sure they were busy this time around. A bit disappointed but understandable.

Was was delivered and there was no ketchup in the bag, but I said put somein the bag. The patty melt have a tiny bit of sauce but the onion wrrent even grilled... there were just 6 pieces of raw diced onion...

This was my first time trying Whataburger so I wasn't sure what to expect. The burger wasn't visually appealing. It did have a good taste, but nothing that really made it special. When you think of the signature burgers from the other major chains (McDonald's, Burger King, Jack In the Box, Carl's Jr, In N Out, Wendy's, etc) they have distinct flavors and aromas that make them stand out and such popular guilty pleasures. I wish this burger would have done that. It def could have used thicker lettuce instead of shredded to give a crunch, and thicker slices of onion and tomato . The fries were ok, but a little soggy. I'm sure they would have been great fresh. Idk if I'd order Whataburger again, but it was overall a decent experience.

They charged me for an extra ranch but I didnt it. First half of the Cobb Salad with ranch was delicious. The second half was good but could have been delicious if I had the 2nd ranch I had to pay for.
