3rd time. No ketchup added even though I chose both spicy and regular for the fries. This has been forgotten 3 times in a row! The Dr Pepper was horrible. Took one sip and had to pour it out. We frequently dined in at this whataburger as well, but there are enough that are close to me that I'll be avoiding this one from now on.

Food was good, just wish they had an option for honey butter. And the extra charge on the honey butter chicken biscuit and th milkshakes is really annoying I dont understand it

The French fries in both orders taste days old. No sauce was given even tho it was requested. I do understand that it does take time so things arent going to be as fresh but those fries were not fresh at all.
