The chili dogs were great. Same as always. Took one hour from ordering to delivery of my lunch. Fries were cold and soggy.

Please improve how you fill the orders. We order from you a lot and the food is great, when we actually get it. Last week, our fries were missing, and today, my husband's fish n chips were missing. So, no lunch for him. That's awful. Please, please improve the accuracy of the orders. If it's more than one bag, but then in a larger bag so the dasher won't miss it. The food is always great.
