The food was great but I have to dock points for not including the extra customizations that I paid for. Please be aware of that in the future.

If you order a chili cheese dog, you expect the hot dog to be covered in chili and cheese. Nope we got two hot dogs with some cheese and a splash of chili. Not even enough to be considered a chili Chili Cheese Dog. Very disappointed.

the pretzel buns were all burnt. the Plain Dogs were soggy, the chili for the Chili Cheese Dog, Junkyard Dog and the Classic Chili Cheese Fries was very off. something tasted very strange and it was runny. we drove across town to come here. and I'm very disappointed with our order.
