I ordered a latte with almond milk (I cannot drink regular) and they made it with regular milk. I wasn't available to answer when they called but it doesn't matter. If someone asks for something specific and you don't have it, you refund. That is just simple logic. I could not get it refunded because I gave it to the dasher before reporting it and I needed to take a pic of the product to report. Disappointed
