The south Salem wingstop location has been fantastic the couple of times we've ordered from them. We had almost given up on Wingstop due to the Lancaster locations inability to get an order correct ever. But the South Salem, Commercial St location has gotten our order correct each time we've ordered. They also thoughtfully package the orders and include extras like utensils, napkins, and wet wipes!

Today's order was the best one I ever got. I recommend extra cook time on the fries makes them perfect. Then thru didn't over fry the wings. Not one to crunchy this time. Whatever you did keep doing it.

Love wingstop! Better price points to quantity, nice flavor selection, and quality. The only weird thing is that they took some flavors off of Door Dash that they still have on site. A really surprising one is the Original Hot (Buffalo) is no longer on Door Dash? Buffalo is THE hot wing, the OG.. Not sure why they got rid of it on the app?

We live a little ways from this location, but they've always packed things so great that it was still hot. We used to have our wings show up in a tin container and they were hot on delivery.
This was not the case on our order today. It was cold before it got here, becuse the containers were styrofoam. Not really a big deal, because we just threw them in the oven. However, it does make me miss the hot and ready tins We got before.
Also, since we started ordering from this branch, the one on commercial, we used to get wet wipes and napkins with our order. Now we dont get any.
Just a little frustrating that this place started out so well and now all the small details I enjoyed on previous orders seem to be dissapearing.
Great wings, as usual. Yiu can customize your wings to your liking. Saucy, spicy, dry rubs or plain. You can even order wings with just drums or as flats (for extra) which is a cool option.
The wings are too good to passup. Just be ready to have your oven preheated, if youre getting them delivered.
