I am beyond upset with my recent order, and I am demanding a refund. From start to finish, the experience was awful.
First of all, the drinks were completely watered down — it was as if someone forgot to add the actual drink and just filled the cups with ice and water. This alone was frustrating, but it got worse.
The wings were totally bland — no seasoning, no flavor, just plain and dry. On top of that, two out of three people in our group ordered "mild" wings, and what we received was basically just oil. That’s not mild sauce, that’s a disgrace. How does a kitchen send out wings with no sauce at all?
And the fries — don’t even get me started. They were overcooked to the point of being hard and unappetizing. It was impossible to eat them without feeling like you were chewing on cardboard. We also ordered a ten count and recieved nine!
I am so upset about this order, and I want my money back. This was a complete waste, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again unless this is resolved.

I guess they didnt feel like working today. Corn is burn & disgusting & the wings are not in the sauce that I picked. Poor customer service. Will never orther from wing stop again.
