Xians has and will always be one of the best noodle shops in the city. I have been a Xians Stan for years. I was crushed when they closed the Midtown East, St Marks and West 4th locations . The [N2] Spicy & Tingly Beef Muscle Hand-Ripped Noodles has been my go to fresh, hot, tasty comfort noodles for over 5 years and so happy to have the pleasure to order it any day and eat at home. Amazing!

Super flavorful! Docking one star just because it was a little on the salty side for my taste and some parts of the hand-torn noodle were overly thick and so the middle seemed undercooked. But it tastes very authentic, uses real ingredients, and would get again

The food was excellent (flavor, noodles, soup) however one of the plastic containers that had the broth was totally broken so all the soup fell in the bag itself. thank goodness there was extra broth with packaging. Either have 2 separate bags for food and broth in the future or have a stronger container for a broth.

didn't like that they priced a dish just under the amount needed for the bonus cash off for a first time customer. The noodles were just good not incredible
