I am crazy about this Cafe! I found it while I was apartment hunting and stopped in for a Chai Latte which was perfect. Now I've tried the food and couldn't be more impressed. The employees are top knotch as well. This is a not so hidden gem on 4th.

Shakshuka was just 2 eggs in a little very watery sauce with no other vegetables (even tomato/onion etc) ... very little food for $15. Looks nothing like cover photo which is what it should look like! Breakfast Burrito and coffee were fine.

I really wanted to like this place, but im not going to order their Shakshuka ever again. It was semi tasty, however not only was the portion barely enough for a small cereal bowl, but the tomato "sauce" was more of a runny soup. The sourdough that accompanied it was good-buttered and toasted well- however I would have been better off ordering a tomato bisque from a diner-at least it would have been hearty. Cold Spiced Cold Brew was just ok.

After trying this again months later Im rereviewing to say that the food is pretty solid. The Yafa Fried Chicken Sandwich is very good and the portion was satisfying this tme around. I can tell there was good thought put into making the items on this menu

The chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. Love the zaatar waffle fries.
