BEST salted porridge ever had.
The chef really knows how to cook. The porridge is rich with flavor and the lean meat bouncy. The base is thick with rice aroma but no rice can be found inside as they're all perfectly melted into the soup.
I would recommend pairing with watercress add-ons, which adds more layers to the taste.

BEST OF THE BEST ⭐️ This Yin Ji Chang Fen Place has the best pork congee and best chang fen (rice noodle wrap) in this world. It is like the best congee from Hong Kong and better. I have to tell everyone that, this chef really cooks the congee with the ingredients. They do not just mixing them on top like other chinese congee place. So good ...... So much flavor. This is gourmet food. Again, I love our DoorDasher, he is the best, Fast and Friendly every time. Our congee and rice noodles are hot and perfect upon delivery. You are such a handsome & kind Dasher. The house made soy milk tastes like it's spoilt! S11. Boneless Duck Feet and Cucumber Salad 酸辣無骨鴨掌配青瓜 and C5. Lai Wan Style Assorted Congee 荔灣艇仔粥 are great though.
