Sweet revenge pizza was perfect! I got 3- 4 meals out of it. The bacon jam is very delicious. The stand out was the sirancha. It was so so yummy.

18" Meatza AMAZING pizza!! I don't usually leave reviews, unless I LOVE it! We also ordered a 14" Pepperoni Masterclass and a 14" Cheese! Everything was perfect! Great warmed up the next day too. Their ranch sauce is great addition along with the beer cheese! Best pizza Ive had in a long time. When you heat it up, even in a microwave it isnt chewy, its still amazing, but much better in an air fryer yum!

PHENOMENAL pizza! We eat kosher, so we're super excited to see the beef pepperoni - so good! And we got the gluten free crust - it was awesome! My husband got the Nashville Hot Chicken and Pickles - I was not excited; and totally wrong - it was GREAT. We also got the Reaper Roulette (what a fun idea) and because you can't tell which slice it is (hence the roulette), he thought they forgot it - until he took a bit of his next to last slice - SUPER HOT (and hilarious to watch, so thanks for that Zalat - lol).
The service was GREAT- we should all support this local gem!

Best pizza we've had since moving to Flower Mound. Not to slight them, but I feel compelled to offer an advance apology to Enzo's and Rosati's...you're about to lose a slice of the pie (pun intended)...as locals learn of Zalat. Seriously, this crust is LEGIT. Finally(!), a pizzaiolo who appreciates the careful balance needed for amazing texture, while not compromising taste. The ratio of dough/sauce/cheese/toppings is not to be missed...again, delicate balance is revered here. The sauce that came with the pizza is subtly spicy and delectable. I'm literally about to order another as I did yesterday, to make sure it wasn't a dream. (OK, that last part may have been a tad hyperbolic, but you get the point.)

Really good pizza, great unique flavor enhancers on the margherita pizza with the balsamic drizzle. The Russian roulette was a fun challenge between the guys. It was pricey pizza though. $50 for 2 pizzas seemed pretty steep.
