My burrito was dry even though I paid for two extra sauces. This isn't the first time this is happened. The owner at this franchise needs to look at their quality control because it is the worst Zambreros I have been to in the whole of Australia (iteavel interstate often). They cut corners obviously to save money and it makes the quality of the food here noticably worse than any other franchise, and its a rip off. I just paid $18 for a small vegetarian burrito with no sauce. You can't charge a customer for something and then not give them the product you have charged them for. I wont be going back here again.

Was meant to have corn salsa or the quesadilla and burrito but that was missed, the quesadilla was basically burnt on one side and stuck to the bottom of the plate, the burrito was meant to have secret BBQ sauce and garlic sauce but no BBQ, there was a tiny small soft bone fragment in the chicken. This was sadly the most dispointing Zambrero I've had and its usually really good

Quite possibly the best burrito bowl ihave ever had!
The things that i asked for to be extra (cheese and rice) were plentiful.
Cornchips were so fresh and crunchy!

Loved the burrito bowls. we ordered a chicken(not many pieces) & a veggie which came with a bean mash.
