Chicken is either too hard and crunchy or been sitting and rubbery. They always get the sauces wrong and forget straws. Food is mid, lack of attention to detail

The fries are always old, and I always order a large but they dont ever put extra fries in my box. I like zaxbys as a whole but I feel there needs to be improvement.. im paying extra and never get it.Other than that the chicken is great. Im jus sad about my fries lol

whoever made the food today on feb 23 needs a raise, every fry was seasoned and the chicken was good, and the toast was immaculate. If you made my order today know that I love you

I ordered tacos. I got three pieces of bread and tenders. They were just loose in the box, not even put together like a taco. Just little bread pieces and chicken tenders. I also ordered sauce. There was none. Absolutely abysmal.
