The fries were soggy and the chicken was basically rubber. It was a waste of my money, probably won't order it again.

tried the shrimp, not my favorite and the chicken was dry, not sure what happened this time but normally fantastic! they must just be having an off day. also didn't include my ranch 😩

The chicken was gross. Zaxby's has gone downhill. It tasted rubbery and fake. I've had chicken nuggets taste more real.
