I ordered extra fries and no slaw extra fries and just get the normal portion of fries. Whats going on over there at Zaxbys?

Ordered 20 tenders and it was 52 dollars. They all tasted like burnt oil! They need to clean the fryers this is nasty! I was unabe to get a full refund for food I can't even eat!
