Ive been here for years, food is always good. This being a new location it doesnt seem put together . My drink was a half and half nd it taste fully like ice tea, the Zaxby's® Signature Sandwich barly had any sauce, no extra sauces in bag,and as for the fries . I was disappointed when I opened the box. The smallest amount ive ever gotten. Like hello. Overall dont feel like I got my $17 worth , I wouldve just ordered something else

This store was great when it first opened every order was fresh correct and looked like the pictures. No tomatoes very little lettuce on my bacon avocado rach tacos. I ordered chocolate milk for child they sent white milk.

Food was cold you can tell they just threw it in there! I had only two tenders and barley any fries! Ive ordered many times any never had any issues like today!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. My entire order was completely wrong. I asked for extra seasoning..they put zero seasoning. I asked for sweet tea..they gave me unsweet tea. I asked for extra zax Extra Sauce AND PAID FOR IT.. didnt give me not one sauce lol. Zaxbys is not good without zax sauce therefore this is going in the trash. Waste of money
