Too many crinkle fries! I received 4 boxes! Most of the fries were undercooked! No Zac sauce at all for my many fries or my finger plate! Chicken was overcooked and not edible!

Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz was disgusting. Tasted like they had been sitting out all day. Fried Pickles were burnt. Absolutely disgusting

Both the cheddar bites and the French fries were insanely hard. Impo to chew. Idk how the cheddar bites were supposed to be shareable when there was barely in the box.

I had to throw away the entire order of chicken Chicken Fingerz™ - 10.. they were so overcooked. There's absolutely no way they didn't know they were sending me this inedible hard food. They were a dark color and hard. I won't be ordering Zaxbys anymore. I will stick with PDQ. ALWAYS fresh and accountable for the food they serve.
