Had to drive my horrible delivered order back to the restaurant for a replacement order! Got home and the 10 tradional wing order was wrong and replaced with 5 uncooked flour coated nuggets! Worst food ever!! A waste of my $36.00+ . Never go there. Sadly that was my first time and last!!!!

My boneless chicken wings were dry and old. My tea was warm and had no ice in it! Not impressed and disappointed because getting food delivered isn't cheap and it would be great if you got the same food as if you were in the store eating. Zaxbys is like 3 mins away, and the door dasher was on time. It came from the restaurant this way.

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was not made the way we ordered (a plaain sandwich was ordered and they prepared it with all ingredients). The Cheese Fried White Cheddar Bites were overcooked and one order was less than half a serving.

Food came with literally ten fries , tenders that look like someone broke pieces of , everything was thrown all over the box , with the seal basically broken. I don't know who was to blame Zaxby's or the dasher but the worst order I ever received from doordash and will likely stop using this service at this point. Had to send pictures to receive refund .
