I really enjoy ordering from this Zaxby's. I'm giving it 4/5 stars because while the food is good, there is always something wrong. Sometimes they don't send a fork, sometimes they leave out the Extra Sauce, sometimes my sweet tea arrives unsweet, etc. Easily 5/5 if they could get it together and make a COMPLETE delivery.

The large crinkle fries were bland, dry, and unsuitable for my consumption, barely dusted, very sad. The chicken was acceptable as well as the sauce but the texas toast tasted like they coulda gotten it from under somthing, stale, unappetizing overall. Ridiculous... greasy too, if you're gonna move next to chickfila... do better.

No sauces in any meal, no seasoning on fries, and the drinks were half full. I mean if youre going to charge more for door dash at least send the sauces!

The prices are insane now, and the food is usually cold with very small pieces of chicken. Would not recommend.
