The great 8 had really 4 boneless wings and 4 crusted pieces with sauce and the fries were saggy. The tea also had a funky taste.

I have ben a customer of Zaxby's for over 23 years. The order delivered today may be my last. The fingers were like rubber the fries were like they had been under the heat lamp way to long. This was my favorite place to eat not any more. You lost a very good customer today. This was from the Harrisburg,NC store.

cheddar bites tasted like it was cooked in same oil as funnel cake. Fries in box actually fresh cooked and nice and crispy but the ones with the meal were not

It was old food, granted it was my 2nd order to zaxbys since I failed to get the 1st order delivered to me. And it was close to closing. Shouldn't be an excuse but I know that's what it is. I got the remaining cooked food, and it tasted like it. Wings and things and a chicken taco
