The quality of this place has been going down for years. Barely any fries or seasoning when I order extra fries, chicken tenders are somehow getting smaller, and they can never get an order right. Im usually forced to go back after I leave to get what I paid for!

As much as we like the flavor of Zaxby's chicken, the quantity and quality are continually declining. I've gotten pieces of sweet and sour chicken that were larger than my chicken fingers. I truly believe the problems started when they stopped allowing you to choose your dipping sauce. I don't feel that it's fair to pay extra to get the sauce you want.

I decided I would give them one more try. The last few salads we got was NOT a good salad. Well let me say this time it was AWESOME!! This was the best salad ever!! Thank you Zaxbys!!

I don't like how the chicken fingers used to be a lot bigger. they used to be the size of my hand now that the size of my finger. and, they're more expensive. all that combined leads to a three-star review.

chicken amount is very inconsistent. I've ordered this salad 5 times this month. twice had no chicken; third and fourth time had tons and this time has maybe one chicken strip
