I have been to other Zaxby's, but THIS one in Dickson, TN goes above and beyond ~even w/Door Dash orders! Their food is the BEST! Their service is attentive to detail. GREAT JOB Dickson ZAXBY's !!

Very good food, I personally love the Asian Zensation Zalad, and the Sweet and Spicy sauce and Zax Sauce is so good.

I didnt get my Extra Sauce like i ordered and paid for, it hardly had bacon on it, the fries were soggy and the ranch was warm. it tasted horrible I threw it up!!! Whatever you do. Do not order zaxbys!!!!!

I would like a refund on my order because my food was cold and the chicken was not cooked all of the way so I could not eat it so I had to find something else to eat
