Love the food but I was charged $20 for mostaccioli entree and it was a very small amount of pasta and it was missing meatballs :( also called the store and asked the employee to put extra sauce and explained last time there was barely any sauce. She said she'd put extra in the bag but there wasn't any extra sauce. It's better to dine here in person, there's always enough sauce when you dine in person but this is the second time this has happened regarding the sauce. There also wasn't an option to ask for a side of sauce while ordering through DoorDash so that's why I called. My boyfriend's food was great and the food in person is amazing but they really should try to make sure there's enough sauce with their Togo orders. My order was also missing meatballs. I spent $110 total on this order and went out of my way to call so I was a tad disappointed because I love this place. Door dash also only offered me a 7.25 refund on a $20 entree that was smaller than normal, lacking sauce, and missing meatballs.
