It was such a delicious, filling, and nutritious meal! The rice itself was so flavorful even without the chicken. I got the Mixed Chicken Rice and I liked the roasted chicken a little better than the Hainannese chicken as it had more flavor, but both were very tender. I also love how it comes with soup and veges on the side (cucumber slices, a cherry tomato, and some Chinese brocoli), which makes the meal less heavy.

The roasted chicken half in the mixed chicken rice is crazy salty. Just a warning. For those with milder palettes, poached chicken with the sauces is the way to go
