I don't know, I thought I'd get two sides of rice but only one rice and one bean side. Cause usually they barely put rice so I thought this would give me an extra side.

Great chicken soup it always makes me feel so good after eating Pollos chicken soup and their Cuban sandwich is fantastic and you gotta try the pumpkin cheesecake and the gingerbread cheesecake awesomeness waitin to happen

I don't know where these chains get off overcooking their food and serving it through doordash I guess that's the only way they could stay in business this was the worst I've had from Pollo Tropical ever

always something with them. I should've know it was too good to be true when I saw for once they actually added the sauces. got the tropichop, no chicken. how is a chicken restaurant gonna forget the chicken? missing a whole side order too. don't stress yourself out eating here.
