Flavorful, crispy pork gyoza. Everything was so good! The Karaage donburi is amazing from the rice to the fried chicken and the spicy mayo just delicious.

The flavors were great, but it sadly came cold even though I live a few blocks away and I only got one small piece of pork in the ramen. They also placed a container on top of the egg yolk, so when I took the container out all the yolk of the egg was on the container.

tonkotsu shio (gfo) is solid ramen, not gonna be the best. While the soup was flavorful, broth lacks complexity. The pork chashu was not tender sadly. The chicken chashu was way more tender but it was just bland white chicken.

I'm so glad to hear that when there is Afuri in NYC, I immediately wanted to try. Afuri is my favorite ramen place when I'm in Ebisu, Tokyo. ^_^

I was really excited to try this place as ive seen great reviews. Overall ifekt like this spot was just okay. The yuzu shoyu ramen kind of lacked flavor. I also tried the yuzu tsuyu tsukemen which had more flavor and was pretty tasty. The food did arrive kind of cold which I feel was a result of traffic, etc which could have impacted the overall taste but nevertheless, im glad I tried this place!
