This was just classic diner/bar food done well. Not trying to be pretentious or anything super fancy. Food was well seasoned and cooked right. The scratch made Pasta Bolognese sauce was terrific. Fried Chicken Dinner had a great crunchy coating that reminded me of chicken fried in a cast iron skillet when I was young. Only suggestion would be to add some sweets, a lemon pie, peach cobbler, apple crisp?

Super yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items! Cant wait to try them all. The space has an awesome vintage ski lodge vibe going that I love. Can't wait to have a cozy date night here.

The Rosemary Pots were good and I liked the eggs on the toast and the fries/bacon were good. I love that the packaging is almost all (not sure about the gravy container lid) either compostable or recyclable.
The biscuits weren't the doughy kind I like and I wasn't a fan of the gravy or flavor of the hash browns either. My sweetheart was a bit disappointed in the Caprese sandwich regarding the overall flavor.
