always fresh and delicious...prepared exactly the way I ask everytime...no complaints

Order wasnt fresh. The Big Beef was nothing but grease and bread there was barely any meat on it. The Fresh Cut Fries were reheated instead of being made fresh. & Overall the order wasn't very tasty either. I do like that they sealed the order so no one could dabble in it.

Beef was not dipped, then the tried to cover it up covering it in nacho cheese sauce. Cheese sauce was fake imitation cheese. Cheese sauce was translucent. Also had very little meat on it.

I have not yet found a better Italian beef then Al's. This is the best beef yet. I have been eating at Al's beef for over 20 years, the taste never changes, the quantity doesn't change, and the texture of the meat hasn't changed. I will forever be an Al's beef fan.

Beef and Sausage combos were awesome . The order came with no napkins or ketchup for the fries. And we asked for the stuff in the order so other than that it was great . Al's is a unique beef and never disappoints .
