Sooooo tasty. Succulent juicy meat. The perfect amount of cheese. The pepper on the side is also tasty and mild. My favorite quesabirria in town. The seasoning in the soup is just to die for.  you get 2 tacos with this but it's so good I ate one before remembering to take a photo. 10/10

2 QUESABIRRIAS W/RICE & BEANS, CALDO(juice meat) Is very good, authentic-tasting refried beans & fully cooked rice. Came with the juice, 2 different salsas(?), limes, a jalapeño and cabbage on the side. The HORACHATA 24OZ is also good.

These Carne Asada nachos were FANTASTIC! Unlike everywhere else, they use actual Nacho Cheese 😋

My Grilled shrimp Chimi (Best seller) came hot covered in beautiful layer of avocado that was a neither too thick like a guac nor too thin like those watery avocado sauces that you find at cheaper priced fast food Mexican restaurants. The consistency was and texture was so perfect that my chimichanga still had a crisp crunch to it despite being covered in avocado sauce & despite having to travel miles to my house. All the ingredients tasted amazing, but what stood out the most was the high quality of the shrimp. The taste is much richer than that of any other shrimp I have ever had. The flavor is so robust that it reminds me of the meat of a grilled lobster tail. I don't know where they buy their shrimp from, but I really need to know because light colored delicate tasting shrimp are great for many things, but I now know that burritos and chimis are not one of them. The flavor is so bold & the shrimp meat is so sturdy and colorful I will never be satisfied by any other shrimp chimi.
