The vegan broth with Tonkatsu sauce and Kakuni + egg is the closest taste to the original "Ani Ramen" ramen which hasn't been available at the Montclair location since the pandemic. I miss it very much but this combo does the trick.

Egg was fully hard boiled 2 tiny pieces of pork next time I'll take the drive to my local ramen spot instead of take out.

Can't go wrong with Ani! I've eaten at this location for more than 5 years and it is consistently good. Spicy Shoyu Ramen is my go to. Food is fresh and made well. I have never had anything I disliked. Kudos to the Ani team for consistency.
