NEW Sweet & Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich was inedible. Tough, chewy & as nasty as it sounds, stringy. Had large chunks of fat in all of the 3 bites I took. The flavor of the sauce was good, but the chicken itself was disgusting.

I paid $40 for the 2 for $25 bourbon street chicken and SHRIMP. I was given dry undercooked chicken, overseasoned, zero shrimp, zero bourbon sauce. Horrendous.

Will not order again. Ordered med rare steak and last 4 times it was crusty and med WELL. Desserts are always a winner so three stars. Lettuce is often brown. Prices have escalated over past year.

Sooooo I’m sad that I’m just now trying the chicken tortilla soup! It’s SO GOOD! So good I ordered it with the shrimp bowl two days in a row. I’ve had the bowl several times with chicken and/or shrimp, which has never disappointed, but I feel like the soup is a hidden gem. I usually omit the tortilla strips from the bowl and did from the soup as well. If you wanna get fancy toss the soup over your bowl lol
