8 oz. Top Sirloin*was amazing perfectly seasoned. The potatoes were great and the onion rings were crispy and delicious. Broccoli was great. My kids loved their Mac and cheese and burger. Quesadilla was also great.

Tasted ok, but a tad dry. For $17+ menu item I expected a dinner size portion & would've saved the leftovers for tomorrow. I pay the drivers decent tips too so my lunch today cost me almost $25... not a very good 'deal' frankly.

was ok, but my Grilled Oriental Chicken Salad barely had any lettuce. Don't get me wrong, I love the toppings, but there was less than a handful of actual lettuce. This is not the first time this has happened. Wish they would add more lettuce

burgers 2 for $2X and fries were cold and buns were stale. didnt get Garlicky Green Beans . we ordered lemonade and got a cherry sodaKids Classic Cheeseburger . ordered cheese Sauces on the side that was ice cold and watery consistency. buffalo Wing Sauces on the side was separated, cold, and crusty on top

I ordered a dinner for 4 people for delivery. It arrived on time, but we were missing one entree. I didn't realize that delivery would be from door dash. Nowhere on the Applebee's website does it tell you that they use a delivery service. I caught the driver before he left and he did his best to rectify the situation. After at least 10 minutes on the phone, he told me I would have to call the restaurant. He was a very nice, polite young man and apologized several times.
I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Missy, who said they would contact Door dash to refund me, since the payment goes to them first. She also blamed the screw-up on the driver. They ran out of the item we ordered and supposedly left a post-it note telling the driver to call us to let us know.
Seems to me the restaurant should be the one to take responsibility for running out of a menu item.
The food that we did get was... eh. Fries were soggy, shrimp was so-so. I wish I had looked at the other reviews before I ordered, definitely would have skipped Applebee's and gone to McDonalds or Popeye's. The food would have been better and would have cost 1/4 of what I paid.
