I have ordered this before and loved it. I requested the green beans instead of fries, which I did not receive. Also the amount of pepper on the steak and lack of herbed mayo made it missile inedible. i was hoping the desert would be good but the brownie bites were literally a small crumble of brownie with about a tablespoon of ice cream. I am seriously disappointed that both items were basically a waste of money.

The food was terrible..beef overdone and hard and the fries (as all restaurants do) were packaged with the sandwich making them wet and soggy and some underdone...won't order this again. Over priced for what we got !

I didnt get the size drink that I ordered. It stated a gallon on the order and they gave me a cup only. Missing all sides with ribs. Paid for a full entree and I only received the ribs. Did. It get full value for what I paid for

very disappointed in our meal. ribs were so dry, and the Alfredo had no taste. we love Applebee's, but this time it was disgusting.
