chicken is by far the worst quality chicken I have ate in a long time

I absolutely love Chinese food; I even make my own at home. Asian Cafe has never disappointed. From the crab ragoon to the Happy Family everything I have ordered has been hot, fresh and flavorful!!

Had Schezuan Beef. My rating is for this dish only! Other items may be better!
Firstly they use plastic trays instead of traditional Chinese cardboard food carriers.
Not at all spicy and very little sauce which is where the flavor comes from. Lots of white onions, but no discernible carrot or celery and veges were cut wrong.
The proper preparation for this dish is MATCHSTICK cut 1. GREEN onion not white 2. carrot 3. celery 4. Beef - ALL MATCHSTICK cut including the beef.
No sweet/sour sauce or hot mustard packs w the eggrolls (which were ok) and phone person was in such a hurry, he never bothered to ask if I wanted any. They took the fast way out of proper prep, no attention to detail (only soy sauce given) and very little flavor due to little sauce in the dish. I do not recommend.

The fried rice with chicken was amazing. The fried rice has a large portion for its price. The chicken steam dumplings were delicious. The Asian rolls I forgot what you call them were perfect. I give this place a 8.5 /10 .
