The Pan Fried Pork,Shrimp,Scallop Dumpling(5) were a little disappointing but everything else was delicious. Spicy Tuna Nachos were my favorite.

The Spicy Tonkotsu is quickly becoming my go-to for ramen in Denver. The flavor isn't quite traditional and tends to have a creamier, lurking heat than what I'm used to, but its seriously grown on me. I'd highly recommend giving it a shot at least once.

Fantastic Ramen! Nostalgic for me, reminding me of some of my grandmas recipes. Always hot, hearty servings, perfect flavor profiles. 10/10.
