The food was absolutely amazing. Literally the best vegan food available on door dash. Great gluten free options. My family (who aren't vegan" and I who is, got 2 Large welcome plates and we loved everything on it. I also ordered the lentil fritters which are super flavorful and the peach cobbler which I haven't tried yet. My favorites are the Mac salad, kale salad, fritters and fried cauliflower. My only regrets is I didn't order an extra order of the cauliflower. Baba's Vegan Cafe is now my favorite go to when I don't wanna cook especially because everything seemed to be prepared pretty healthy and nothing is greasy. This was my first order, never been to the location, but I appreciate it's a vegan spot in the neighbor"hood". Don't pass on them.

Always nice to find real Vegan food
So this was my first time trying this place, after looking at the pictures I decided to try the dinner plate. First off the Mac &cheeses is FIRE , the mushrooms were good they could have been a little more crispy but still good, the yams were good not overly sweet the Black eyed peas were delicious .

the kale salad was below par amd very small. The sandwich had no taste with adding salt. The cupcake (which was supposed to be a slice of cake as in the picture with sauce, had no sauce, was burnt, and dry T the point of needed a drink to moisten it up. The only thing I really liked was what I think was a habanero sauce. Ezekiel bread is a brand name I guess you can buy off the shelf. I was thinking for $11 it was the real Ezekiel bread, That you make from scratch. I'm sorry to say these things, but it's the truth, and I want to see vegan restaurants survive. but they won't with food like this at the prices I paid. I wish you the absolute best of luck, but it's too bad, because I'm so close to you. But unless things drastically change or turn around, I won't be a customer again.

I rarely write reviews here but honestly this place deserves more than 5 stars! Everything was so incredibly delicious and reminded me so much of the food I grew up eating. You can tell every ingredient is high quality and I'm seriously regretting not ordering the large welcome plate (so I could have leftovers). Highly recommend the welcome plate with hot mac!
