Beef Brisket Burnt Ends were saucy and flavorful and had a nice chew to the brisket.
Scalloped Potatoes I've been thinking about these scrumptious potatoes for a week now, finally got my fix tonight. Cheese, onions and potatoes baked to perfection!

updating previous review, this was easily the worst ordering experience I have had from back 40 to date. the Rare prime rib arrived medium well but worst was the Beef Brisket Chunk that came as a thick chewy tough slice, completely disgusting and dry.

Brisket was delicious, ordered the juicy option. It was very juicy but had almost no smokey crust and 1lb option didn't feel enough for the price.

The brisket was extremely dry and chewy. How is it possible to make such a fatty cut of meat dry? Though the smoken was well defined and I was so eager to taste it I was disappointed by the texture. Drenching it is sauce didn't help. the garlic mash was a hits was the coleslaw. The onion rings were well seasoned.
Portions of the sides are large and well packaged.

We have ordered from Back40 forever and have even used their banquet facilities. Last night I decided to splurge on prime rib. I got barely six bites of meat after performing surgery around all the fat. Total waste of money and so disappointed.
Everything else was good.
