bowls are great, but the queso needs some serious work, mine came in kinda solidified and pasty? it's usually less condensed nd soft, what happened?

Guac was brown. Steak was dry, and overcooked like beef jerky. Overall the size of the platter was a much smaller portion than before. Big waste of money!
