I paused youtube and put down my phone to focus on how good every bite tasted. I don't feel greasy or like I'm dying. Literally the best delivery Mexican food in Indy-- in addition to tasting delicious, the ingredients and to-go packaging travelled well and reheated easily, which is not the case for more "authentic" corn tortilla tacos whose shells disintegrate to mush by the time they reach your house (dont get me wrong! Nothing compares to a Taco Truck in NYC...but time is of the essence, which doesnt work with door dash. With 70 min delivery time these arrived a little more room temp than Id prefer, but were delicious anyway, held up to reheating, tasted gourmet quality and were worth the wait.

Tacos are really small but super tasty!
The esquites does come as a cold dish, which was not what I was hoping for, but still good.

Bakersfield is usually fantastic but this time the salsa verde was bland and seemed to be missing whatever key ingredient gives it the mild amount of zest/heat it usually has. Like they literally just forgot to add the garlic or onion or jalapeño or something.
Everything else was great.
