I had to throw it away. I dont think the rice was cooked AT ALL. And you can tell it's old in the way it solidified in a chunk in my picture. It also didn't have the extra queso that I paid for. A terrible first impression of the place.

Flavors were nice. I added coconut flakes and strawberries. What I found unappealing was the glob of peanut butter in the midst of the smoothie bowl.
