I was surprised by the size of the salmon and avocado rolls. They are only 6 pieces each and fit into one tray together. They are very simple, only salmon/ avocado, rice, seaweed. Delicious! I think they would be great appetizers. Drinks are 16oz fountain drinks.

This Siam Curry Prawns was $37.25 befor tax an tip.
The dish had only 5 shrimp total.
It wasn’t delicious. It was greasy and a disappointment.
I normally love food from Ginger Basil.

We go there at least once a month and it is great! Ordering from here was a sad experience. The lettuce came in an open paper bag, the basil stir fry looked gray and hardly any vegetables and the edamame was a strange, yellow green color and overdone.
Dine in, don't door dash.

Well since moving to the area we have learned to avoid this place. It always either gets our order wrong, or the food has something that makes it taste weird/bad or just off. We hadnt been there in over a year and our holiday plans fell through so we decided to give it a go for Christmas Eve. Our Fried Rice was supposed to be "No spice" and shrimp and beef. We got home and it was chicken and coated in a thick greasy layer of chili flakes. The label on our bag displayed the order correctly with the rice we actually ordered, but the rice was the wrong one. My Texas spicy food eating husband could not eat more than a few bites before he closed the lid and had to down almost a half gallon of milk. The sushi had promise until it was out of the bag. Tiny portions for such a hearty price. Avocado was brown, wasabi was all over 1/2 of each of the rolls and not edible. The Shrimp Tempura Roll was gummy and the tempura was not cooked through. The Lobster Roll was deep fried on the outside making the lobster on the inside have the worst rubbery and greasy consistency. Although the sushi order was correct due the tiny portions and overall quality I would not recommend. I never review this place because I so desperately want it to just be our bad luck, but due to how many poor experiences we have had there I can't anymore. Since we have 1-3 bad experiences per year and have yet to have 1 good experience, we decided to do a write up. It's such a shame because we LOVE all Japanese and Chinese food. We skip this place and tell others to do the same. Save your money and use your gas and time and head to Anchorage for something better.

Our favorite restaurant of this genre. Everything is always amazing, so glad they're finally in door dash! Great tuna poke bowls and both their Teriyaki Chicken and Mongolian Beef are charbroiled-like and have a delicious grilled flavor. Their chicken Fried Rice is my favorite fried rice. They're a little pricey but we come here about once a month.
