Triple scoop was wonderful.. Driver was over half an hour late from original time frame. Ice cream was very soft and hot fudge had slipped to the bottom. Was it even in a cooler? Ice cream had no form

The past few times I have ordered the banana royale I have been disappointed. They have either forgotten a topping or the size of the scoop is made for my 11 year old son. I rather not talk about the amount of banana they put . It took me eating the whole thing to find the 3 thinly sliced pieces of banana. Next time I order ice cream I think I'll get it from Cold Stone.

I ordered two separate orders for three scoops. I was so disappointed there was one half scoop and maybe a tablespoon if that of the other two flavors. I paid alot of money for barely any Icecream won't order anytime soon.

I called and let them know I had placed an order through door dash and asked if they could write a personalized happy birthday on the cake. They were so nice and they made it look really cool!

The two scoop banana royal was more like a one scoop ice cream with a banana. This is not the first time we got gypped on the ice cream. Disappointing.
