I live about ten min from the store and when I have it delivered through DD, it has always arrived cold, not melted. Tastes the same as getting it from the store in person. I usually get my fav, the Banana Royale. I only wish they would include the whipped cream but I understand that it would melt. I don't have a problem with melted whipped cream though. Still tastes good!

This store constantly leaves out parts of my order. I’ve called them directly to complain and they continue to leave stuff out. Unacceptable.

Each flavor was great on its own, but they were surprisingly good in combination. Wonderfully creamy but not heavy.

Not a fan of the beach day flavor. Didn't taste like much. Otherwise the sundae with the coconut ice-cream was good.
