They were out of stock of a flavor that I ordered and substituted it without communicating to the dasher for her to ask me what I wanted to do, they gave me chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge and left off my toppings, and then did not give me the silverware I ordered.

When I got the vanilla Milkshake it didn't taste like anything, kinda like a cup of whipped cream. The other flavors are way better
